API Spec Wellhead Equipment and Christmas Tree

KQ(Y) type X’s mas tree and tubing head are mainly used to control production wellhead pressure and regulate flow of oil/gas wellhead; also used to some special operation such as acidification, fracture, injection, and inspection. Our products can meet different clients’ requirements and casing procedures.

Injection wellhead assembly:KZ series injection wellhead assembly are consist of X’s mas tree and tubing head. It is the necessary equipment used in water injection operation with the functions of injecting water and wash wellhead in positive and negative directions and water injection test

 

 Wellhead equipment:

KR type thermal wellhead equipments are consist of steam X’s mas tree and tubing head. Bottom of cone type tubing spool connects 7″bottom flange, and top section connects X’s mas tree.

KR type thermal wellhead equipments is double-wing structure. Valves adopt parallel valve gate structure which is common used now. Valve body, valve bonnet, valve disc and valve stem are all made of anti-high temperature material. So the entire valve can bear 380°C. Under high pressure and high temperature, the valve will not deform. Non-metal sealing parts are made of anti-high temperature material with fine sealing performance at 380°C.
